Store Policy
All Sales are FINAL. There will be NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES/CREDIT on merchandise that is not defective.
Only unused defective or wrong merchandise may be returned  and a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Items may not be returned for any other reason. 
Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging; must be assorted exactly as you received it.
All claims must be within 2 days of receipt and store credit will be given only on defective or wrong merchandises.
Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable.
Original freight fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return freight ( Except Defective Or Wrong Merchandise ).
Any refused shipment sent back to does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with to receive the refused shipment again.
Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# & copy of sales invoice does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by
We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products.  We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.  If you wish to test out our products please just place a small order. 
Defective or Wrong items: will replace a product or issue a store credit to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product- If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and ship the correct product or issue a Store Credit if products no longer in stock.
Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 days and we will assign a RMA for your return. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product, we will issue store credit or ship out a replacement as customer request.  Please note only unused defective products in the original packaging may be returned for replacement or store credit.
Return shipping Fee will reimburse if damaged/defective/wrong products ship via USPS First Class Mail (1~13oz) or Priority Mail(14oz and up). All other USPS extra service such as Delivery Confirmed, Insurance or other shipping method like UPS / FedEx will NOT be reimbursed.  At this time, NO return shipping reimurse for all international order. 
Procedure to file for Returns:
If you receive defective or wrong products, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to file for a return. 
You can request a RMA number by sending an email to sales with the following information:
Your name
Your phone number
Your billing address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning the item
In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RMA number.  Please also write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.

Liability will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
